There are four types of occupancy:
Shared Occupancy (Bunkhouse only)
Small groups sharing the bunkhouse, kitchen and lounge/dining facilities with other groups.
Different groups will be allocated different rooms.
Full Occupancy (Bunkhouse only)
Hiring all the accommodation and having the exclusive use
of all the facilities on the first floor (all 7 rooms and the upstairs
toilet facilities) the ground floor shower rooms, laundry room and dining
area. Kitchen and toilet facilities
are shared if a community event is scheduled. You are, of course, welcome to
join in with the fun and will be informed of any events that are scheduled
during your stay. The Community Hall is not included. If the Hall is required in addition to Full Occupancy, then the Hall must be booked out separately for the full duration of your Bunkhouse booking.
Sole Occupancy (Bunkhouse only)
This gives you the privilege of the sole use of the bunkhouse and kitchen facilities.
The maximum number staying overnight is 22, utilising 4
single sofa-beds in the lounge on the ground floor, in addition to the 18
beds on the first floor. The Community Hall is not included. If the Hall is required in addition to Sole Occupancy, then the Hall must be booked out separately for the full duration of your Bunkhouse booking.

You will have Sole Occupancy plus exclusive use of the Hall for
up to 100 people throughout the duration of your stay.

then the Hall must be booked out separately for the extra periods.
